Access & Equity Policy
Arbotrim is wholly commited to complying with Federal and State Legislation in regard to Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO). EEO means that all employees and contractors receive fair and equitable treatment in the workplace.
   
Enrolment Form
The Enrolment Form is how you enrol into an Arbortrim course. You must complete an Enrolment Form for every short course you attend, even if you have completed one in the past. While you should receive your enrolment form along with your booking form, you can also download one here to send in via fax, post or email.
   
Course Guide
The Course Guide lists all the current courses delivered by Arbortrim, including costs, durations, pre-requisites and competency information. Download here or request a copy from the Office.
   
Course Refunds Policy
The Course Refunds Policy explains when you are entitled to a course refund, and the situations when refunds are not given.
   
Evaluation Forms (Student)
This is the Student Evaluation Form, which allows students to give their honest feedback on the course they have just completed. The questions relate to course administration, course materials, and trainer. Students are welcome to download this form and send in - but please remember to complete which course and date you are submitting feedback on.
   
Evaluation Forms (Employer)
This is the Employer Evaluation Form, which allows employers and/or supervisors to give their honest feedback on the course they have just organised for their staff. The questions relate to course administration, course materials, course suitability and trainers' methods.
   
Grievance Form & Procedure
This is the formal form for any student or employer who feels aggrieved and wishes to make a complaint. Please download and complete the form, and post to Mr. Garry Thyer - PO Box 371, Mt Evelyn VIC 3796.
   
Improvement Request
This form is used to submit any suggestion, improvement, risk management, or any other request. Simply download, complete, and return to the Arbortrim office. The request must be approved by the Compliance Manager before it is actioned.
   
Recognition of Prior Learning
Arbortrim can formally recognise any prior qualifications or certifications you have received with another Registered Training Organisation. You will need to complete the RPL form here, and send in with copies of your qualifications and/or certifications.
   
Spotters' Requirements
This document explains what the pre-requisites are before you can apply for the Spotters' Course.
